Any re-use of BFF Wear’s site material or imitation of their products for resale without permission is subject to the penalty of copyright punishment. BFF Wear™ allows no re-sale or re-use of their photos, images, designs or products for any reason. Failure to abide by our property rights will result in legal action.

Style, Size, and Photo Changes

As long as it’s within one day (24 hours) of placing your order, we can make any changes necessary. Send us an email here with your order number in the subject line and any changes in the body. We’ll get back to you as quickly as possible and make it happen!

Address Changes

If you need to change the shipping address, please send us an email ASAP with your order number, the current shipping address, and the address that you would like to change it to. We can change the address within 24 hours after the order was placed!

Damaged/Misprinted Items

If the product arrives defective, we will reprint and resend it free of charge. Please contact us here with a picture of your item and order number. We will reprint your item and ship it to you within 7 business days free of charge.

If we did not follow exactly what you specified in the designer notes, we offer reprints at no charge to you. Please fill out our contact form and include a picture of your item explaining the issue and your order number, and a member of our team will be able to assist you.

Damaged/Misprinted Items can only be replaced within 30 days after you received your order. After that, BFF Wear is not responsible for replacing any damaged or misprinted items.

Please note that whatever size, color, and the image you originally uploaded will be printed on your item. If the incorrect size, color, or image is selected and sent out to you, BFF Wear is not responsible for replacing these items.

Product Image Disclaimer

Please note that although we make every effort to photograph our products accurately and describe them in detail, we cannot guarantee every photograph in production will accurately depict the actual color of the merchandise due to changes in screen resolution. Please contact us with any questions about the color, material, or size of an item before purchasing.

Production and Shipping times

Please note that BFF Wear™ does an incredible job to make sure that your order arrives on the estimated dates given, which are:

  • Boxers: 9-12 Business Days Processing (Design, Print & Hand Stitch) | 4-10 Business Days Shipping USPS+DHL for continental US; 12-15 business days for International orders.
  • Socks: 5-8 Business Days Processing (Design & Print) | 3-5 Business Days Shipping via USPS  for continental US; 12-15 business days for International orders.
  • Leggings, Blankets & Everything Else: 9-12 Business Days Processing (Design, Print & Hand Stitch) | 4-10 Business Days Shipping USPS+DHL  for continental US; 12-15 business days for International orders.

***Please keep in mind: These are estimates and may vary depending on volume and location during major Holidays. ***

However, in rare cases and due to the nature of the business with consistent variability of volume and shipping company delays, we can not guarantee arrival on any specific dates nor is BFF Wear™ obligated to offer refunds due to items not arriving on the dates listed. Bff Wear™ will work with the client to make sure the package arrives and agrees to reply to the client in 48 hours to update on the status and information of reshipment or current shipment of their order. But at no point is BFF Wear™ obligated and able to refund the client for a package not delivering on time.

Cancellations/Returns

If you would like to cancel your order – we offer full refund within 24 hours of purchase. After the 24 hours of purchase, if the order is not shipped yet, we can only offer 25% refund to cover the cost of design, materials and labor. 

If you would like us to replace your product because you are unsatisfied with how it arrived, please send us an email with your order number and an image of the product you received and our team will look into it and determine the status of your request based on the information provided. If the product arrived with damage or incorrect print, we will replace it at no cost to you.
