Huge hit!!
I bought these socks for my husband for Christmas and he loved them. I thought he might just wear them around the house, he wears them a lot. He shows people. It was a great gift. I’m thinking about getting him the boxers, but I’m afraid he’ll show everyone....kidding.

Puppy love! (Socks, Boxers, Leggings)
My kids love their socks...they are 37 years olds...and love their dogs so I found the perfect gift for them. Thanks for making this fun item...I came back later and bought for them more...will give it to them for other events. Well done...socks came out great. The leggings and boxers turned out REALLLYYY GOOD. You can see that the print turned out very bright and clear. The items are also very very soft so I'm happy with these!! Will be ordering more!!!

Wonderful personalized gift!
My experience with BFF Wear was great! They did an amazing job cropping our pups face. The quality of the picture printed was really clear. My 3 boys loved them all!! Also, the socks are really really soft. I highly recommend these socks if you are looking for an adorable gift!!!

Amazing Socks, VERY SOFT!!

- Socks & Mugs – each item is custom designed, individually printed and manufactured in US. Your order will arrive 1-2 weeks (production takes a week, the rest is shipping time). They are shipped via USPS Priority within continental US.

Outside US, Hawaii & APO – they will be shipped from China and delivery is based on destination, normally about 2 weeks.
*** Note: to expedite the delivery of your items, we may ship them in separate packages.
- Boxers & Bikinis, Leggings, Blankets & Tote bags – each item is custom designed in US, individually printed and manufactured in China. Your order will arrive in 2-3 weeks (production takes a week, the rest is shipping time). They are normally shipped via DHL+USPS with 10-14 days shipping time.
***For faster delivery, you can chose DHL Express at checkout with shipping time of 3-5 days. (Not available for P.O. Box or APO addresses).
Outside US – they will be shipped from China via UBI Express and delivery is based on destination, normally about 2 weeks.
IMPORTANT: Due to Chinese New Year celebrations, factory closes from January 24 till February 3rd. Orders for boxers, leggings, bikinis, blankets & tote bags placed after January 15th – are NOT guaranteed to arrive before Valentine’s. Orders for socks and mugs are not affected by that event.

What makes it a good photo?
- The higher the clarity of the photo, the better. You can upload the files as large as 64 MB, so the better the picture the better the final product will turn out.
- If your picture is blurry - it will affect the quality of the final product, so please do your best to provide a great photo.
- Please make sure the picture has FULL face with ears and forehead 🙂 included! Here is an example of what I mean - great photo but unfortunately not the whole face is in the picture
- Funny, interesting shots make for a great design. We try to include all the relevant details. You can also put in the notes your preference and comments. Also - please try to make sure the pet has both ears on the picture
- Please don't crop or edit your picture, leave it in ORIGINAL format for best outcome. Just Upload it and leave the rest to us! 😃

How many pictures can I upload?
- You can upload up to 2 photos. If you would like us to include multiple faces in the design, we can place up to 3 individual faces or create a group shot if the photo has more than 3 faces.
- Please don't crop or edit your picture, leave it in ORIGINAL format for best outcome. Just Upload it and leave the rest to us! 😃
My photo uploaded sideways, will you edit it for me?
Absolutely! Don't worry if your photo is uploaded horizontally, we will edit, rotate and crop the image. It's best if you upload the original picture and not cropped out version, so we can make sure it looks good on the finished product.

What sizes of socks do you have?
Our socks are 1 size fits most. This makes it simple to give someone as a gift as they comfortably stretch from Women's size 7 to Men's size 10.5

Can I see what my item will look like before it is send to production?
Unfortunately, we can’t provide a proof of your order because our designers have to personally set up your image and crop out the face. Rest assured, if there are any issues, we’ll send you an email requesting a new image! Please, keep the photos family friendly!

How long will it take to get my custom socks?

- Production times for socks are about 3 business days to design and print. Please note - if you are getting socks with other items like boxers, blankets or tote bags that take 9-12 days to produce, we will ship them together once all items are completed. If you would like items to be shipped separately, please place separate orders in those cases.
- During the holidays our production times may vary.
- Once produced, shipping for continental US orders will take 4-8 business days and 12-15 business days for International orders but may vary depending on the destination. (Please note that deliveries to Canada are delayed due to labor disputes).
- You can also see the status and shipping info of your order through Track Your Order link.
What is your Change & Cancellation policy?
Due to our fast turnaround time any Changes or cancellations to orders will be accepted until 24 hours (1 day) after an order is placed, but please try to do it right away because your order will most likely be designed within 24 hours.
*** NOTE: Upon placing an order, you will receive an e-mail confirmation - please check your Shipping Address carefully. If you need to correct an address - we can do this within first 24 hours, so please communicate to us any changes right away! If the order is already shipped to the wrong address, please understand that we can not re-send it free of charge. You can request the change of address by either replying to the order confirmation, sending us a message or through the chat.
Since we create one-of-a-kind, custom products made just for you, we are only able to cancel orders and provide full refunds within 24 hours of ordering. After that point, your order will likely be in production. To cancel an order, please send us a message HERE as soon as possible with your order number.
