What makes it a good photo?
  • Avoid blurry photos ‚Äď the higher the clarity of the photo, the better. You can upload the files as large as 64 MB, so the better the picture the better the final product will turn out. It is especially important for large items, such as Blankets and Tote bags with Single faces.
  • Please make sure the picture has FULL face with ears and forehead ūüôā included! Here is an example of what I mean - great photo but unfortunately not the whole face is in the picture¬†
  • Funny, interesting shots make for a great design. We try to include all the relevant details. You can also put in the notes your preference and comments. Also - please try to make sure the pet has both ears on the picture
  • Please don't crop or edit your picture, leave it in ORIGINAL format for best outcome. Just Upload it and leave the rest to us!¬†ūüėÉ

My photo uploaded sideways, will you edit it for me?

Absolutely! Don't worry if your photo is uploaded horizontally, we will edit, rotate and crop the image. It's best if you upload the original picture and not cropped out version, so we can make sure it looks good on the finished product.

How many faces can I print on a custom item?

It varies depending on the item.

Socks - we can put up to 3 individual faces on the pair. ūüėÉ Please check the option for multiple faces and notes, we will follow your instructions.

Boxers - up to 3 individual faces, just because the space is limited on the items like that.

Leggings - 7 individual faces is absolutely maximum. This is just what we learnt from experience designing those items. You can upload up to 2 individual photos, but if you have more pics - no worries, just place your order with 1 of the pictures, check Multiple faces option and Enter in the note that you are emailing us other pics. Once you place an order, just send us the pictures to team@bffwear.com and we will get that done for you.

Blankets - 6-7 faces is the most we can put on that item.  You can upload up to 2 individual photos, but if you have more pics - no worries, just place your order with 1 of the pictures, check Multiple faces option and Enter in the note that you are emailing us other pics. Once you place an order, just send us the pictures to team@bffwear.com and we will get that done for you.

Mugs and tote bags - they work the best with just 1 faces, 2 at the most for certain mug designs.

*** If you chose to upload 2 separate photos and not check "Multiple faces" option, we will know to choose the best picture.

How many pictures can I upload?
  • You can upload up to 2 photos. If you would like us to include multiple faces in the design, we can place up to 3 individual faces or create a group shot if the photo has more than 3 faces.

Can you print any pet or logos?

Absolutely! Yes, we have made designs with pigs, ferrets, wild birds, porcupines. We can print items with logos as well. If you can upload images in PNG format for logos  - they work the best.

Can I see the items before they are printed?

Unfortunately, it can really slow down the process and we understand how important for you to get your items quickly. So, normally we do not offer previews. But... if you are placing a large order with many items for special events, etc. and would like to prove the design before item is send to production - simply mention it in the Note to Designer window - and we will email you the preview. Just keep in mind the order will be placed on hold while we are awaiting on your response.

In case there are any issues with your image(s), we’ll send you an email requesting a new image!

Order Details & Shipping

How long will it take to get my order?

Some items are made and shipped from US, some items are made and shipped from China. Production times varies depending whether or not the items need to be sewn together from scratch. So please refer to the list below, we update it depending on Holiday traffic, etc.

  • Socks &¬†Mugs¬†-¬†each item is custom designed, individually printed and manufactured in US. Your order will arrive 1-2 weeks¬†(production takes a week, the rest is shipping time).¬†They are shipped via USPS Priority within continental US.

Outside US, Hawaii & APO - they will be shipped from China and delivery is based on destination, normally about 2 weeks.

*** Note: to expedite the delivery of your items, we may ship them in separate packages.

  • Boxers¬†& Bikinis, Leggings, Blankets & Tote bags - each item is custom designed in US, individually printed and manufactured in China. Your order will arrive in 2-3 weeks (production takes a week, the rest is shipping time).¬†They are normally shipped via DHL+USPS with 10-14 days shipping time.

***For faster delivery, you can chose DHL Express at checkout with shipping time of 3-5 days. (Not available for P.O. Box or APO addresses).

Outside US - they will be shipped from China via UBI Express and delivery is based on destination, normally about 2 weeks.

*** Note: For your convenience, we split US orders with Socks / or Mugs and Boxers, Leggings, etc to expedite the delivery, so you might get socks first and then boxers for example.

You can also see the status and shipping info of your order through Track Your Order link. If any questions regarding the status of your order, you can always email us at team@bffwear.com and we will respond to you right away.

 

We make every effort to deliver your items according to our guidelines, however, in rare cases and due to the nature of the business with consistent variability of volume and shipping company delays, we can not guarantee arrival on any specific dates nor is BFF Wear‚ĄĘ obligated to offer refunds due to items not arriving on the dates listed. Bff Wear‚ĄĘ will work with the client to make sure the package arrives and agrees to reply to the client in 48-72 hours to update on the status and information of reshipment or current shipment of their order. But at no point is BFF Wear‚ĄĘ obligated and able to refund the client for a package not delivering before or on certain date.

If there was a wrong photo on your items and error on our part, we, of course, can give a refund because that is something we can control, but shipping times can fluctuate over the holidays and it is something we, unfortunately, have no control over.

If you need to correct an address  - we can do this within first 24 hours, so please communicate to us any changes right away! You can request the change of address by either replying to the order confirmation, sending us a message or through the chat.

What shipping options do you offer?

***Please keep in mind: These are estimates and may vary depending on volume and location during Holiday Rush***

  • Flat rate for US orders ($4.65)
  • DHL+USPS (7-10 days shipping time) for US orders ($4.75)¬†
  • International Mail Flat Rate ($4.65):¬†Orders to Canada are shipped by UBI CA Express; orders to Australia are shipped by UBI AU Express; orders to United Kingdom are shipped via DHL E-Commerce; orders to New Zealand are shipped by EMS Express.
  • DHL Express (3-5 days shipping time) - rates are based on the items quantity & weight (Not available for P.O. Box or APO addresses).
  • Please note - items to Military Addresses are shipped from China only with Standard shipping method and the delivery can not be guaranteed due to specifics of those destinations. We are really sorry for the inconvenience!

How do I track my order?

In your order confirmation, there is a link to Track Your Order: you can check on the status using the order number and the email. Once your order is designed and sent to Production, we will generate the shipping label. At that time, we update your order with tracking link, number and shipping company, so you can follow up on your order at any time. That information will also be updated and available through Track Your Order link.

What if my order is already shipped to the wrong address?

If the order is already shipped to the wrong address, and you would like us to resend the order - we charge 75% from the original order amount to cover material, labor and shipping cost.

What is your Change & Cancellation policy?

Due to our fast turnaround time, any Changes or cancellations to orders will be accepted within 24 hours after an order is placed.

  • Please include order number and list of items to cancel or modify in the email to team@bffwear.com or in our chat.
  • If you insist on canceling after 24 h, and your order has not been shipped yet, we can refund you 25% of the total order price which will be applied to cover the design, material and labor costs. Your request will be processed within 24 hours and you will receive an email confirmation with the refund amount.
  • If you have an issue with your order, please¬†send us an email¬†with your order number and the picture(s) of the product(s) you received and our team will be happy to to look into it and make sure we get it resolved ASAP.
What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

If the product arrives defective, we will reprint and resend it free of charge. Please  send us an email with your order number, the picture(s) of the product(s) you received and detailed description of the problem.

If you are not satisfied with the outcome of your product, we offer reprints at no charge. Please fill out our contact form HERE include a picture of your item explaining the issue and your order number, and a member of our team will be able to assist you.

Damaged/Misprinted Items can only be replaced within 30 days from your original order date. After 30 days, BFF Wear is not responsible for replacing any damaged or misprinted items.

Please note that whatever size, color, and the image you upload will be printed on your item. If the incorrect size, color, or image is selected at the time of ordering and sent out to you, BFF Wear‚ĄĘ is not responsible for replacing these items.

Do you have discounts for large / bulk orders?

Do you sell outside US?

We ship to the following countries: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia and New Zealand.

The orders are shipped via International Mail, we charge  Flat Rate of $4.65 regardless of the number of items, estimated arrival time is 7-10 business days after the order is shipped.

Are the items Machine-wash safe?

Absolutely! We use superior quality ink and proprietary technique of sublimation printing to achieve highest quality artwork that prevents all of our items from fading with repeated machine-washing in cold water.

What sizes do you have?

Our socks  come in 1 size that fits most. They comfortably stretch from Women's size 7 to Men's 11.5 and made from soft polyester fibers. We currently do not offer kid's sizes. The sizes for all other items are listed within each product tab.

Do you do any kind of charity work for pets?

We have been personally supporting local animal shelters for years, adopting a dog and a bird into our family. Since the company has been established, we made it our mission to expand funding to local chapter of Animal Welfare League & SPCA and rescue shelters.
